Misrepresentation

Firstly we were promised a free vacation on signing up then we were promised extra points which when I called to enquire about they said only next year also every time we called to book any of the monthly specials that came out we were told they were all sold out . Also we weee told that overseas holidays could be booked through them but that also turned out to be untrue
