Misleading, deceptive representation and Robbing

So after my review last week on the 09th March 2018 , i was contacted by a lady called Solani Ngongoma on the 13th March 2018 , after she sent me a mail on the morning of the mentioned date , on the telephonic conversation she informed me of the mail she sent and explained to me that she needs me to send (yellow pages) of the contract I singed when I joined , I then explained to her that I do not have the copies and I do not recall being given the copies , she then said she will call me back ,of which she never did , today 15th March 2018 she sent me a mail saying that she need me to forward her the (yellow pages )of the contract so she can assist me further , which is what I do not understand how can she require the copies of the contract fromso she can assist me while they have the contract , I have never had this experience wherein to be assisted the copy of the contract is required from me , this people are really messing with people , what kind of service is theirs wherein they expect people to pay monies for no service at all . Even with credit agreements you pay for what u spend or use .
