MISLEADING

<p>I was on Holiday last year and I was approached by a consultant at Camps bay Cape, He told me abt the services that Easy Holidays offers. Thinking that signing up with them will make my Holiday planning Easy but I was mislead instead. I was not told the truth. I have been paying for services I'm not getting. I now can't keep up with the Payments and asked they take me off their services, It's only now that I'm being told that I can't cancel the contract until I pay all the installments. I have not used any of the points that I have accumulated and I was never told it's binding contract. I feel misled and **** to. I have even discovered that even when you want to use the points you wouldn't as before asked if I can make use of the points I have and I was told they are fully booked I must wait until someone cancel them maybe they will give me a booking. I don't want to make use of their services anymore and I want myself off the contract. </p> <p> </p>
