Making the best of a bad situation

Thank you so much for the great attitude in handling our late booking for December, I know we have to book for peak season at least three months in advance, and I did not even believe we stood a chance to get a booking this late in the year for Dec. I am blown away with the service, and how far our agent went to find us a place. THX, THX ,THX!!!
