Lies and deception

<p>On the 7th of April my hubby and I was approached by a guy in Camps Bay with scratch cards, when we scratched it said that we had won a holiday, this was the beginning of a nightmare. </p> <p>A consultant made everything seem so exciting and possible to go on a very costly holiday. Certain information was conveniently not mentioned. After listening to this wonderful sales pitch we signed up. </p> <p>When I call this morning to make a booking for Dec, I was told that my points would not equal a peak season holiday, info never mentioned in the pitch. I can only use it during school terms which is impossible as I have kids. The msin reason we took it for the trips during school holidays. The consultant has since left the employment and Browning stuck with this.</p> <p>I then asked to cancel the membership and was told I cannot cancel and would have to pay the contract term in full .</p> <p>They use all ways to make the package sound so wonderful when in actual fact its a ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>They better see that my membership is cancelled. I will not pay the monthly fee. I want this resolved today still. I do not have money to waste.</p>
