Incorrect information provided

So i receive a free holiday whilst in Durban on Holiday and meet up with reps from the mention company and to make a long story short, i received a free Holiday. They tell me i have a year to make use of the voucher and when i finally decide to use it then the company they deal with Toucan travel tells me the voucher expires in 30 days which is totally contradicting. I would like to inform everyone that both company's are not to be dealt with and the only reason they do this is for you to sign up for this ******* holiday deals that they have.
