Horrible service! *********. Easy Holidays hides vital information ! Never purchase holiday memberships! No full disclosure!

<p>Why is it so hard for people to be honest?! So we want to cancel our Easy Holidays membership and we are now told that we have to settle the capital amount which is the purchase price of the points which is approximately around R30 to R40000! We were not told about this before we signed up and when I asked about cancellation the agent didn't mention this. Today when I finally got a hold of him to clarify the above and ask him why didn't he disclose this vital piece of information he tells me he can't because he is selling the product! On top of that he tells so many lies: that he phoned my husband back after we tried to call him several times which is not true. I'm sick of paying for this! I haven't even used any points. Is not ******** to bind somebody to such a thing for life??? And obviously if more people knew that this was the case they would most probably Never sign up for this life sentence!</p>
