Horrible and Threatened

<p>Last week i was shopping at Sunningdale Fresh Fruit Market, when i was approached and provided free coffee voucher, which was awesome. </p> <p>We used it to have coffee at the little coffee shop and asked one of the guys what they doing here, </p> <p>That's where i made the hugest mistake of my life... </p> <p> </p> <p>He asked us a few questions like "are we married, ages, etc" </p> <p>Then gave us scratch cards cause we "met the requirements" </p> <p>I won a boat trip and my husband won a "holiday to mauritious" </p> <p> </p> <p>Super excited about all this they took us to one a gentleman and was told he would explain everything to us in about 90mins if we have the time.. we took the offer and sat down. </p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short, they give you high hopes and shows you images of holidays you could attend to for a certain amount per year and get discount etc... It was way too much info to gather in one day, not able to really look at the documents.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked if we could take it home and read through the papers, to where i was told its only offer for today and will not be back tomorrow etc, worried about not having this offere (still unsure about it all) i agreed as they said, i can read through it and if we dont like, we can cancel.. shot.. done the deposit, signed boom we gone.. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thats when all hell broke loose, reading the contract we signed, doing some research on them, immediately we wanted to cancel.</p> <p>Was provided numerous of emails to use which bounced back.. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today i had enough, i went back to the shop to ask for my refund.. </p> <p>To my suprise, i was then threatened by one of their "friends" saying he will f**k me up and my husband for coming here, i asked him to get out of my face, where he then came even closer into my face and was like " what the f**k you gonna do? put your bf on me?" </p> <p> </p> <p>Thats when i hit rage mode and told him i have to full right to be here and he must back off, the "managers" at this store kept telling him to back off and re assuring me he does not work for this company, he just a "friend" </p> <p>He then threated to call security to whom i gladly obliged to go and call as he threatening to beat me up.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was scared, but i send my husband into the fresh fruit store and i stood alone there, standing my ground, waiting for update as all contact details etc bounces back, all numbers gets diverted.. This was my only chance to try get out of this mess. </p> <p> </p> <p>The "manager" called the admin manager on her mobile to speak to me, cautiously i spoke to the lady asking what is going on and want this to be cancelled and refunded immideatly without any further delays. </p> <p>She promised me a call back on Monday to confirm all cancellations, which i am greatful of. </p> <p> </p> <p>But still, why give half of the information that stated in this contract? why lie to the people? </p> <p>Mostly why give contact info that does not work? </p> <p>I read numerous more complaints where people struggle to get out of this mess.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be trying to get the security footage of the guy threatening me and my husband from the store and will be posting this information as well. </p>
