<p>I am so impressed the with a staff of Easy Holiday, a young lady named Jolene, not sure of her surname at the time. I must say she made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Her sales and customer service s****s were excellent that we bought the product! she was very professional in her job and made us feel so relaxed and accomodated all our request. The time spend at their offices was very long but she made us feel so comfortable. We were really impressed!!! Thank you Jolene and well done on the excellent work!</p>
