I immediately felt the warmth of the easy holidays family through many telephonic conversations , and although have never met in person , it certainly felt as though I have known her for many years. although I had no access to email due to being booked off work , she was most understanding , accommodating to my circumstances and was ever ready to assist wherever she could to ensure the process was easy and smooth sailing under my current health conditions Thank you Sally for a great relationship as well as your patience , love , care , understanding and unmeasurable dedication .
