I received a statement with an overdue amount due to the debit order not being increased, this resulted in interest being charged for late payment. For personal reasons I couldn't get the forms to them in time. When I explained the situation they very quickly let me know that they would still process the correct debit order in time and they refunded all the interest charged without me even asking them to.
