My husband and I was at Gateway when a guy came up to us to scratch a card and told us we have won a holiday, but we have to sit through a 60min presentation, which we gave into thinking it must be worth it, not knowing that it was such a ****, this was in april this year, unfortunately i was retrenched in june and cannot afford this useless package, we could not even use those easy breaks holidays its always booked nor can we use any points for dec because according to the person i emailed the points will only show in jan next year but when first payment came out of my account the guy that did the presentation said it will show after 5 days what a load of ******* i tried to cancel this but was told via email that i have to pay the full amount for the package then they will release from it.

now i am unemployed and stuck paying for something that can not even be used, please DO NOT fall for this its a whole lot of nonsense and no one is available to help when there is a problem. We tried many times trying to get a hold of the people at the gateway office i have even been in there but no is available they are always out and no one returns the calls.
