EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED

on the 23 May 2019 me, my Wife and kids drove from Rustenburg to Durban for a holiday. as we approached the South Beach a gentleman approached us from EASY HOLIDAYS saying we need to scratch a card and we might win a holiday voucher. Curiosity got the better of us and we scratched, and the man immediately screamed saying we won a free holiday Voucher.

He then walked with us to BLUE WATERS HOTEL saying that we need to go redeem the Voucher. We arrived there and they made us sign what they call a "Lease Agreement" saying they will assist us with anything should we need to take a Holiday. I tried to refuse to sign and they manage to convince my wife to make me sign.

They now tell us different stories when we try to redeem the voucher and they continuously deducting R1200 from my account. When I call them that I don't need their services anymore and they should cancel the contract they threaten me that i signed a lease agreement and it binds me to continue making payments. I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED AND ANNOYED because they ripping me off and keep on deducting my account using different reference numbers and deducting on different days.
