Excellent service ..Rakhee van Straaten

I booked my holidays through Rakhee van Straaten for next year... I have booked before through other consultants but this service was the best by far...she responded within a day with my confirmation.she was so pleasant to deal with,absolutely a pleasure.I had points leftover,she gave me options for the second accommodation and sorted both weeks within a day... Unfortunately I am not able to go so I gave the holiday to my brother and needed a guest certificate.I called her after sending my email with details for the guest certificate ..she was so polite and assured me I would have it within that day... It wasn't even a half hour and I received my guest certificate... That almost immediate response is absolutely rare in any call center ice ever dealt with.absolute pleasure..keep it up
