Excellent Service

I have had endless issues with a new membership, I had been dealing with a lady by the name of Shai-lea Collins, who provided me with superior customer service . She went out of her way to try and assist me with my issues. She would contact me by email as well as by phone. I must say the friendly and helpful service I received from her proves that their are still people out there that believe in providing exceptional customer service. Keep it up Shai-lea.
