Excellent Customer Service

I just wanted to share the excellent, professional support and assistance I have gotten from Easy Holidays (EA) recently.

I have been a loyal member for the past 4 years now and enjoying every bit of the membership. A few months ago, I lost my job and was unable to afford my monthly management fees. EA has been exceptional in the support they have provided, full of smiles, and assisted me with a payment deferment plan that would allow me to keep my membership during this difficult time, instead of losing it all in its entirety!
