Empty promises and expensive management fees

There is nothing easy about this easy holiday, holiday shares! All you get are promises with no feedback. Always have to contact them and to follow up. Precious the call center agent or Co-ordinator manning their whatsapp line makes the promises forwards the clients info to other agents and no gets back to you. Only to say contact the call center ,really! They never have availabilities for request only local places in and around your city, for that's cape town. Who wants to holiday in your home town? Yet when they sell the product overseas holidays and fancy information about places that are never available, I've been with then for 5years and only used their service 3 times because I had to use points and it was right here in my own home town! So save yourselves the bad investment. Management fees up to R9000 per year with all out dated TV sets and old microwaves ,dirty old kettles and if you lucky perhaps they not doing construction work where you having your holiday and this I experienced at Mykonos resort actually!!
