Easy Holidays... not so "EASY"

Every year it is the same story, need to pay management fees a.s.a.p. to ensure you get availability. I have paid my fees early each year to make bookings as soon as they open but then as soon as bookings open there is no availability. It is almost a year since our enquiry for accommodation and up to date had no feedback in this regard (Trying from Sept 2017). We make phone calls and you are informed that you are on a high priority list but no feedback is ever received, they just don't call you back or replay to an e-mail.

When hey sell you the points they promise the moon and the stars but once you're in - sorry to say but no service or availability. Seems like they have more members that places to stay.

If anyone ask me I would not recommend anybody to spend money to join Easy Holidays and you will also never be able to sell your points.

And now the latest is they are changing points that you need to exchange for your stay, when I joined I was informed this will never change, suppose I won't have enough points now for the "fancy" places, if you do find availability. Possibly they are doing this to cut off people with only a few points.

Worst investment I ever made, if you can call it an investment.....
