Easy Holidays is a **** that does not deliver on their promise, and you struggle to cancel memerbership

I have had a Easy Holiday membership for over 10 years now, however lately I cannot even get a week's accommodation every 2 years even by borrowing a 3rd year's points. They have also reduced the bonus break to only one a year (Previously it was unlimited). My management fees have gone through the roof. If I save the management fees for a year, I can book very nice accommodation cash each year instead of paying 3 years and still struggling to get accommodation. When I contacted Easy Holidays and requested to cancel my membership because of these reasons, I was told to give proof of Pension like SASSA or medical records... How can I not cancel a membership if my fees are paid up to date and I will in any case forfeit 10 of thousand rands of points purchased......
