Easy Holidays improvement

My contract was signed five years ago and I have been satisfied the Easy Holidays services. However, there are some issues to be improved regarding the hotels with which they have contracts. Some of these hotels put us in rooms with ripped curtains and paint that needs renovation.

On the other hand, it is difficult to book rooms in hotels or lodges of our choice and this is not always about late booking on our part. Almost there is never any cer*****y that you can be where you want to be. This, really bothers me.

Might we have this resolved and Easy Holidays would be five stars.

My consultants, Maria Guila first and now Ophelia Novela have been very nice, very attentive and respond to our concerns as soon as possible.
