Easy holidays are a **** and croocks

While on holiday in Capetown in December 2014, we were approached by a young man about the easy holidays accommodation and travel packages. We then later went into their offices where they **** to us about all the hotels which they said they worked with and were affiliated with them in Durban since we had told them we were from there). So we signed up in good faith that all that was told to us was true and payed a deposit of R8600.00. On returning home (Durban), we went to one of the hotels they said they were affiliated with and were told that it was a blatant lie. After this, we tried several times contacting the lady that assisted us at easy holiday at no avail. Late in January, her manager called us to tell us to pay up the balance of the deposit, who we told we wanted to cancel the deal. He went on to insist we shouldn't, eventually he said it was fine and he would call us back. Till today he never called us back. We sent a couple of other e-mails to easy holidays asking for them to cancel but no response. Instead, one lady called us to tell us they were activating our membership, and now they've sent us a statement. They're ignoring our request so they can ***** our deposit!
