Easy holiday cheat on the clients and force to pay them

This guys a cheating people and the lie to us . My wife join them two years ago . We paid R1000 they never tell us about been blacklisted and the infor that they give to us was .we a paying for points for us to get a holiday if we stop paying we loss our points . My wife lost her Job she didn't pay them . We dicided not to look for refund as we were told the will be no refund after 6 weeks . Now today we are getting a whattsap massage from An Arrogant, disrespecting,rude ,Consultant by the Name Kerry telling my wife that she will be blacklisted .not understanding when we call the lady that we started this with in Durban she said if we want to go back to the company again we need to rejoin. Now blacklisting where does this come from . As this was for us to have holiday ..Now how can this company force us to have a holiday. And we didn't take any car or Furniture from them that we missed the payment . Now how does this work .if this company need to keep client that must fire this Kerry thing with this attitude sucks
