Easy Holiday Camps Bay Hanging up on client

I was on Camps Bay and was issued a scratch card for possible prize, to my surprise I won the jackpot prize with 3 palm trees. Unfortunately I had to catch a flight and needed to leave. While trying to resolve the issue of not being able to come to the camps bay offices, the lady hangs up on me! I call again and she answers the phone and leaves it on the side without answering! What kind of customer service is this, for potential clients firstly and for somebody who has supposedly won a prize from Easy Holidays?
