East Holidays refuses to cancell a membership
In Jan 2014 my wife & I were convinced to join Easy Holidays by Nombuso Dladla *** their consultant and told us to try it and can cancel if we find out it is no working for us. Today 29 April 2015 when I sent Easy Holidays an email to cancel because I cannot afford it anymore and because it is no beneficial to us & we never used it, they send me this email:

The following documentation is needed from both of you in order for us to request possible cancellation:
a) List of income and expenses (Budget)
b) Proof of income (Pay slip)
c) Proof of expenses (eg. Account statements if any)
d) 3 months bank statements from both credit card (if applicable) and saving or cheque account.
e) If married in COP we need your wife/husband of the above as well
f) List of investments (if any)
g) If you don't have a bank account letter from the bank why the account was closed and when
h) If you are unemployed reasons or proof , plus affidavit stating the same
i) If any illness we need doctors letter reports and proof of operation (if anything)

else they will not cancel it.
We acknowledge receipt and advise that we will be in contact with you.
