Disgusting Easy-so-called-Holiday ****

In all honesty I wish I couldn't even give them a star at all. Easy holidays is the worst investment ever. We've been paying their ridiculous fees for more than 2 years now and still havent been able to use our so-called points for a holiday. We planned to save our points to go on honeymoon next year but their contracts are all a bunch of **** and when you do get hold of someone they are either ***********, rude or refuses to help you. They never have an available timeshare, no matter what time of the year you try to book a holiday. We are literally paying them for nothing! It's costing us more to pay them for something we can't even use. I hope that no one else will fall for these disgusting ****s!!! We are a young couple, like so many others wanting to travel together and they came to you, making all these empty promises! I am disgusted in how they just take your money with a smile.
