Comment on Sally Govendor' s customers/clients service

Having been with Easy Holidays for more than 10 years, I have built a wonderful relationship with Sally Govendor who is always ready to assist us as her customers/clients, which I sometimes feel as if she owns or have some shares in the company. As customers/clients of Easy Holidays, one is not always conversant with some of the procedures and processes of the company, she will always take her time to explain an assist you to do the best choice to experience value for your money. Thanks to Easy Holidays for having employees of Sally's calibre and wish all other employees would offer us the same service of honouring their work through offering good service delivery to us as their customers/clients.
