Carmen is our amazing representative of Easy Holidays. She always looks for the right way to accommodate our dream holidays by keeping on top of the best options. Apart of her 5 star customer service skills, she is super friendly and pays attention to details (calling us 48h prior to our trip to remind us to print documents and checking is all is has expected during the holidays. She just amazing :)
