cancellation within 5 day cooling period but no

We signed a contract on 11 January 2015 in Durban and decided to terminate our contract which we did within the 5 day cooling period. We wrote an email and it was acknowledged and they responded that a consultant will call us and up to this day they have not done that. I have tried a countless times to liase with our Consultant Darryl but he always promises that they will call me which never happens. I was given the managers contacts by the name of Jason however his phone is always off and he never calls one back. I have been sending emails and the one person by the name of Ash said someone should look into the matter urgently but that did not happen. The contract ref no is ELX 9686 and EH 008265
