cancellation of my purchase with Easy Holidays

<p>Please note that I made a purchase with easy holidays at camps bay on 06 Jan 2017 . During the purchase I was told that I am allowed to cancel the purchase within 5 business days and will be refunded the amount I used on the purchase.I wrote them an email on 09 January 2017 notifying them.of my intention to cancel.Evn up to now Thursday 12 January they haven't responded and processed anything let alone acknowledge my email</p>
