Cancellation of Contract/Debit Order

My Husband and I are trying to cancel our contract with Easy Holidays. We are having trouble financially and have tried to get help from Easy Holidays on numerous occasions. There is either no response or an email is sent to us telling us how to get friends and family to pay and use the holidays. This unfortunately does not work for us. The latest response we have received it a phone call saying we were going to be sent a financial analysis form....we still haven't received this. Please could we get this sorted out immediately before we need to take it further to the Ombudsman/Regulatory Authority.
