Cancel Policy

You're convinced to join on the spot, no time given to read actually read the blue print. A month later I call to cancel, I am required to pay R2000 to be released after the only thing that I got was them taking my money to join. I don't think their product is value for money and suitable for me. I requested to be released, countless emails and requests for them to cancel my membership and yet they still debit me after countless attempts to be released.

I have so far managed to discourage Two couples not to sign up with them, and I will continue doing that until they release me. I regret ever listening to that scratch card lady and falling into that stupid presentation. I mean i could have a better holiday if i saved up money by myself, considering that the resorts are not that great, and always fully booked, the online portal is outdated and the office does not respond to queries.

Do yourself a favor, do not sign up!
