Easy holidays big ****s. My husband and I were walking down the beach in Durbanthe year 2017 September when we were approached by a lady who had scratch cards with her. Were then given a scratch card which revealed that we won a 7day holiday any where in South. We were then taken to their offices where we could redeem the voucher. We were the informed on how we can actually get to have easy holidays without paying a lot of money forand that we can even invite friends as it is affordable. We were really sold and we took the deal and signed the contract, little did we know. Reality struck when we then wanted to make bookings in late 2018, we have then been always told that the places we are looking for are fully booked and this are different places to try our luck but nothing. We have also been told that our points are not enough to make bookings and that bookings are subject to availability, just wow. I then one time asked how can i make a successful booking and the response was that some of their clients make bookings at least 12 months prior.

I requested to cancel the account, i was then instructed that since its a joint account we must both send the cancelation request in writing which we did. After they received the cancelation latters, we were given a settlement amount to pay in order to close the account. But then how do we settle something that we never receive any service for while monthly installments are paid on. We did not pay that settlement because we dont have the money for it and that is over 33000. Now a cannot afford the monthly installment of 1700 anymore, whats even sad is that i cant even afford important stuff for my kids. All i want is to cancel the account and start saving some of that money for a holiday of our own with our children but they just wont let us off that evil **** of a contract binding us. I feel helpless and ****** of our hard earned money because its clear we will never receive the services as advised and the account completey cancelled
