one of the horrible mistakes i made was signing a contract with easy holding.They told me that i won a trip to Mauritius and convinced me in taking a package with them ,the consultant told me that i could cancel anytime.All was attractive on paper and when i try to cancel before even utilising their service, then the consultant told me that i missed the 5 days cool off period in which i can cancel, which they did not mention to me before signing.i have been calling their head office for more than a month and they keep telling me that i cant cancel my contract. this is the worst and pathetic service i have experienced.the worst mistake i ever made by signing with this people. they are quick to sell their product but give no client service at all.i would never recommend anyone to easy holiday.
