We have bought into easy holidays 3 years ago and had numerous issues with them regarding every facet of the contract. We managed to get mediocre to good service from the call centre agents. This all changed when I started dealing with Tayla Spies. Her attention to detail and high level of customer service caught me by suprise. She has accessed me with 4 bookings and between them she has exceeded my expectations. She displayed a high level of politeness, friendliness and has never said that she could not do something. She always tried and provided feedback by the next day.
