Awaiting for cancelation of account

So as i wrote my sad experience with easy holidays a week ago. I received a call from them to let me know that the can actually assist in making a booking. I had aleady expressed on my previous post i am not interested in having any dealing with them i only want the account closed. They were more interested in trying to make a booking, however they said they will call me again to advice of the account closure. I look forward to hearing from them still. I keep my phone close to my chest so i dont miss a call even though i work in a hectic environment to speak on my personal phone as its a call center. Hope they will let me go because i cannot take it any longer if they will want me to settle the account as they had said when i first requested for closure. Health wise it has affected me so much already to a point that i take medication to keep my bp balanced.
