Are you canceling the account Yes or No

This is my third review with easy holidays. On my second i still requested for cancelation however i 1st received a call from a person whom had called my husband and he referred them to me. The lady introduced herself as on behalf of easy holidays who was offering me and my husband to go to centurion on sunday for a relaxed day and that we wont pay anything. My response was "i am not interested in anything that has easy holidays on it, if its not about the account cancelation" then she hung up as there was nothing more to the call. After an hour or so i received another call from a different person calling on behalf of easy holidays still advising new offers about the very product im crying about every day on how its going to be good for us and that the new offer expires after a longer period of time. But for crying out loud my main request is being intentionally ignored by easy holidays. I will say it again now with only one response. Is the account going to be canceled Yes or No. If not let me know and stop sending me emails about your holidays that you never wanted me to have while i was still interested as its painful enough to pay for something you dont get to enjoy because as a customer the only thing they value from me is my money through my signature
