ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EASY ABOUT EASY HOLIDAY

I experiencing very bad service, they never get back to you it's been 2 days since I've communicated asking a call back re my account. For this year I was supposedly not paying management fee for the bad service rendered 2021 however still deducted management fees then requested I reverse from my bank. Now the new year 2023 management fees are due and requesting to called as I have not given permission to debit my account and I want end my membership and forfeit my shares but they refuse to get back to me . The lines are always busy hence the whatsapp communication yet no response. I suppose money will be taken again and the fight goes on. I been with them for 7 yrs I've only used them 3 times never available and when you get a place your point are about to expire the you forced to take place in your neighborhood. If you want better service buy more shares
