The company is a ****. They want you to pay fee for applying for a loan with them, whether the loan is approved or not. They will claim you owe them money and you did not read the terms and condition. The staff that respond emails are not professional. They keep sending you emails to harass you after you have expressed that you are not happy with the way they do things. I have never in my life came across the people who are rude and selfish. All they are looking for is to deduct money from your account for them to benefit. They are using Sanlam's name which is not even associated with them.
