I app**** for a loan was sent quote and asked to forward id copy in which i did was given an approval letter signed it the later stated i must pay R2,558.01 for insurance and yesterday i paid the money with ref number sent to me i later receive a letter stating ref number has expired and payment is not confirmed i went to fnb and they could not refund the money as the money is on the account of Jason and i must ask him to refund me the money or fill out a dispute which will take 5 working days the is a number i contacted of ********** 445 the consulted informed that the transfer dept say i must pay another insurance amount i have lost almost R3000 its daily ******* that was money meant for fees and school transport now i am left with a big debt and dont even know if my money wont be deducted in my fnb account as they have my bank details i am so depressed
