Failure to deliver

They sent me a pre-contract for a loan I app**** for, they told me to pay R2950.00 as insurance and that upon receipt of the payment they will transfer the R100 000 into my account within 45 minutes(I have emails to prove that. payed the R2950.00 yesterday in the morning after that they sent me a link to Standard Chatter Bank to withdraw the money, When I try to withdraw the money the wanted an additional R5500.00 for the money to be transffered into my account, now I don't have the R5500 and they say I have a week to put it together.<br> <br> This is their registration number: Easy Finance loans limited (Pty) Ltd.
