I’m yolisa ndayi I bought a car Mazda cx3 active with a sales person by the name eugene congwane and the fni Monica antoinette and they told me that the warranty and the service plan is extended for 3 years meaning I won’t pay and when the car reaches 60 kilometres I must take a car to Mazda for service and I won’t pay any cent so today which is the 17 December 2024 its reached 60 k I took the car and Boksburg Mazda east rand and I’m being told to pay R11000 plus money because the warranty and the service are not included there. When I call Eastvaal motors they fooling me the putting me from pillar to pose when I call the current fni by the name yolande she told me that she can’t help me with anything she was not there the time I bought a car even paul couldn’t help me with anything even yako is also not helping he always promise to call me back bt I’m the only one who’s making a follow up I’ve already spent R300 on the airtime with no help I’m so disappointed with the service I got
