The Worst car buying experience - I haven't bought a car form them - although I've now been through the process 3 times - and each time - with a CONGRATULATIONS the car you wanted has been approved theres a BUT ... weve sold the one you wanted but we have this car instead - and three times its been a smaller car and not what they advertised, not what i test drove, and twist the story so you think you being unreasonable. The back and forth with them is torture - they take the client as an idiot and treat you like a joke.

They fall under a few umbrellas - Auto Italia, Xclusiv Pre Owned - they have the worst version of their branch in Centurian - with a saleperson there BUNNY who is the biggest **** of the lot.

Anyway - i would most certainly give them a zero rating for breaking promises - saying they have cars at certain prices they advertise them for and then when you get there and say yes please - i even paid a deposit - that i was asked to put down immediately - and this car was a lready "sold"

If you into gambling and being called with a ccCONGRATULATIONS youv'e won - and then told that you haven't really and like that dissapointing drop immediately - these are the people to deal with.

I hope someone looks at this before making any decisions - BUT I WOULD SAY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN AN ALREADY DIFFICULT INDUSTRY TO DEAL WITH.

My first Hello Peter post - as it has been that bad - I am not a big complainer - BUT DON"T LIE.
