Worst service ever experienced.

My Ford Kuga broke down and was taken to Eastvaal Ford Witbank as requested by my insurance. When we requested feedback, nobody knows what is going on so we referred this to Ford SA. They rep**** to us what Fazil told my husband a week ago already. Now Fazil is ignoring all calls from Ford SA. The car is there since the 26th of January and always the same story, but no new feedback.
