Worst service ever

They say that they always put their customers first, but that is so far from the truth. Phoned on the 13th of January to find out if my service plan is still valid and I was told yes. Asked them to book the vehicle and they said they can only help me on the 22nd of January. When I took the vehicle on the 22nd they told me that the service plan expired on the 19th and that I have to pay for the service myself. They did not inform me of the expiry date to give me a chance to book at another location.
