worst service

My chev uti 1.3d showed the battery light . I checked my battery and it was fine so I phoned and the car was taken to kohler auto on 4 Jan 2016 after hours .They phoned me once on tuesday to ask me wat was wrong I told them to check the alternator .They never phoned back so on wednesday I phoned at 16:00 and they told me they are going to look at it know. I phoned again on thursday at 16:30 and they told me it was the alternator but they wiil only remove it on friday . Now on monday 11 january I phoned again they still did not remove the alternator they cant tell me how long its going to take because there are different alternators one can be repaired and other must be replaced . I told them that I cant be without transport for another week I want a courtesy vehicle they told me I will be no6 on a waiting list . I cant understand that a 1 hour change out can take more than a week . and its still not close to finished and they dont call me and tell me wats going on I always have to phone them
