VERY ANGRY!! All just excuses!!!!

<p>Hi had a very bad experience revcently. After paying for repairs on my Renault and found a small fault afterwards. We were told that the O2 sensor (which costs R 4300) was never changed!!! After complaining to the branch they just said "it is a special order part and could not be refunded".......BS!!! What makes the matter worse is that they put it with all the other used parts (and did NOT notify me) which was obviously thrown away. I surely believe I should be refunded due to negligence on their side!!!</p>
