The worst service ever and i regret

Last year around October whilst i was driving my car at the hill, suddenly my car started to have a problem and it says stop engine which i did after i called my insurance they tow it to Eastvaal motors because it was the nearest panel beater that deals with REANULT. Then within a week they told that the it was petrol pump ,i paid then after weeks they send message that i must come and collect the car and pay the remaining money i must not EfT IT and if i dont pay it immediately i will pay storage it was December i went to they are work shop and when i got there i found that my car was still not fixed and they told me that that message was not from them maybe it was from a person who used to work there i was angry and calm myself and paid the remaining money and they told me that i must order another part which i did and they told me that they will also remove the engine and check everything and i paid for that labour and upfront.Now suddenly the problem star again last week they call me telling me that after the remove the engine the saw that my clutch its not working i must pay R15 000 IMMEDIATELY or they will charge me R815 every day for storage.Then i told Tania that its January i dont have that kind of money they must give until this week 2022/01/28 so that i can come and tow my car because i dont have that kind of money and they have agreed .Today i called them telling them that they must assemble my engine so that i can come and tow my car .They are telling me that they have put my engine at the back of my boat and they wont assemble my engine they will assemble it when i return the car.i have told that i am not going to return my car to them again because even now its going to cause me R4500 BECAUSE I AM TOWING IT BACK TO PRETORIA and if ever its clutch like they saying why they can put back my engine so that i can see that my car can start because now i can take my car with the engine at the back of the boat they must just assemble back my engine and they are taking advantage because i am a woman and they think i dont know anything about cars
