system offline

I booked the car for key programing/decoding for the 17/05/2018.I was the 1st one there in the morning and left the car for the work to be done but later that day I was told their system is offline so I left the with them for day 2 (18/05/2018) day 2 same problem so I left it there for 2days with the dealership and the work is not done .Now I have to take it back on Monday 21/05/2018 not forgetting the time I am using and the petrol and like does it take so long to program the key cos if that the case I am done with mazda and the system was it just off for secunda only or for the province or country?
