Still waiting for eNatis after 4 months

Never got my eNatis when i bought the car with them in the begining of 2015. was there a few times afterwards and still the didnt give it to me, everytime it was somthing els. then when i sold the car at end of Oct 2015 avter it had been standing in there workshop for almost 1 month i was told they have lost the paperwork and would have to reapply for copies. Nov and Dec went by and i kept on bugging them and everytime it was some store. 11 Jan they told me there was somthing wrong with the paperwork and i had to sign again the documents. after making an appointment for 17h45 to 18h00 to bring it to my home to sign as i work far from home they have mist that to and only got there after 20h00. dealer phoned me today saying he still dont have the paper work. they are very vast at selling you a car but afterservice is up to ****. bad service after bad service. i would never ever EVER recomend them to any one.
