Service at Renault Witbank

Renault Kwid with 22400km on clock this was my second service with Renault Witbank. The service was booked for the 10 September 2019 i took the vehicle for service booked it in and two hours later received a phone call telling me that my front brakes needs replacement. I said how can that be after i complained with them for three times that the brakes are making a terrible noice. After we waited for feedback for 9 months on the brakes i was told i need to bring the vehicle so they can champher the brakes. Which i did the brakes was fine for while but started again. My dad went to the dealer to see why the brakes needed replacement and was told it is pressing against the drums. My dad said to carry on with the relplacement of the front brake pads. I pay cash for every service and the amount came to R1700 for the two front brake pads. I had to work out new budget to replace it because it is my childs safety as well. When i went to fetch my vehicle after it was serviced the vehicle was reversed parked in the parking area. The car looked nice and i drove off to pick up my child from school. When i opened the boot to put her schoolbag in i nearly got hart attack my Renault sign on boot was broken. It looked like they tried to fix it with a glue but came loose the "R" was broken from the rest. I immediately went back to dealer and spoke to Tommie he took pictures and called the wash bay supervisor. I was told that a new Renault sign would be ordered and would not take more than two days. Three days later i phoned to find out about the sign and all of a sudden said they dont know because they are waiting because its not loaded as number on stock. With the brakes story i asked for a report on the percentage of brakes that was left as i took the brake pads for second opinion and was told that the brakes would have lasted till my next service if not longer. I phoned to find out about that report and that was promised by Danie and said he would do it immediately and guess what still nothing and still waiting
